Ken Yale, DDS, JD, is Vice President of Clinical Solutions at ActiveHealth Management, a research-based, advanced clinical decision support and care management company. Previously he founded and built innovative health companies in medical management, health data analytics, and patient engagement. Before building businesses, he held senior government posts in the White House, United States Senate, and the U.S. Public Health Service. He currently holds a teaching appointment in predictive analytics in healthcare with the University of California.

Thomas Raskauskas, MD, is CEO of President of St. Vincent's Health Partners, Inc. (SVHP), a physician hospital organization in southwestern Connecticut. He graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. in 1985, and is a Board Certified Obstetrician Gynecologist. He started his career in private practice in Salem, Massachusetts, and has held teaching appointments through the Medical Schools at Harvard University, Brown University, Michigan State University and Quinnipiac University. Dr. Raskauskas has been a medical director overseeing a multispecialty multi-site clinic, and a Chief Medical Officer for a multi-state Medicaid managed care plan in the Midwest. He served in the United States Navy as a Medical Officer.

Joanne Bohn, MBA, is a published author, book designer, and corresponding editor on contemporary healthcare topics, and principal for KMI Communications, LLC. Ms. Bohn is a PhD candidate in Public Health Sciences with a specialization in Health Management at the University of Louisville School of Public Health and Information Sciences.

Colin Konschak, MBA, FACHE, FHIMSS, is the managing partner and CEO of the Virginia Beach, VA based management consulting firm, Divurgent.
